i am 13 years old and wants to loose weight at the moment i weigh 9.5 and want to change my diet to healthy!
could you tell me how much:
-milk i should drink
-water i should drink
-what time i should go to bed
-how many hours of exercise do i need
-what meals could i eat to get all the vitamins i need!
If could Answer any of these i would be very Grateful!

first of all 9.5? im confused on your weight. but if you want to be healthy try eating more fruits and veggies, and if you consume a lot of meat or protein do more after school activities like biking or sports. take up a hobby that requires you to get out and run around. when your as young as you are the weightshouldn’tt bee that hard to loose just cut out snacks and be more active.
You should tell us what 9.5 translates to in pounds.
If you eat a diet low on the food chain root veggies and other veggies and fruits. Give up beef and eat cold water fish like salmon and tuna and others. You do not need any fancy gimmicks to lose weight. Deliberate exercise for 20 to 30 minutes a day is plenty if it aerobics, which will keep you heart healthy. Eat only whole grains and give up all white flour and sugar. You will gradually lose weight and get to a weight that is comfortable for you.
