Do You Guys Think This “diet” Is A Good One.?

Hello, I am 15, 5’10, and 188 pounds. I am not fat but i have been overweight for the last couple years since i quit football due to my HATE for sports that i do not enjoy. I enjoy surfing and this is my main excersize about twice a week for 1.5-2.5 hours. About 5 weeks ago i converted to pesce-vegetarian (sorry if thats spelt wrong.) About 4 weeks ago i converted to vegetarian. About 2 weeks ago i converted to vegan, but i occasionally cheat such as drinking a little milk in my cereal, but only when I’m high and get munchies :l. So ima stop that because it kills any restraint i have. So i used to weigh 195 but i have gotten down to 188 in this time, not really the change i was hoping for. And now i feel like I’m platueaing and am losing confidence and snacking a lot. I am sick of being chubby and unhealthy. i want to lose weight for myself and my health. I don’t want to go on a fad diet so i designed this and was wondering if you guys think i can reach my goal of 150 or less! with it. Remember I’m a vegan so its not a 2 week diet i can stick to this for a lifestyle change. Thanks guys!
Breakfast-Weekdays
Protein Shake(Whey protein powder, fruit of some sort, almond/soy milk)
Banana or apple/ or oatmeal
Glass of water
Daily vitamin
Lunch-Weekdays
Power bar
Drink at water fountain
Mid-day snack-Weekdays
Fruit
Juice or water
Dinner-Weekdays
Raw food(no cooking, no oils, no toppings, etc.)
Glass of Water
Breakfast-Sat. And Sun.
Same as normal except 1 soda on either day and 1 candy on either day.

Does It Really Make A Difference Whether Somebody Brushes Once Or Twice A Day?

I’ve never been diligent about brushing and stuff, so even brushing once a day would be better than I usually am in regards to my dental health. But I am trying to take my dental health more seriously, and I hope to eventually get braces and fix my smile (I’ve heard that “I need braces” from every dentist I’ve had for the past 8 years, and my smile has only gotten worse, though it could probably be a lot worse (its mostly and overbite issues, and some teeth positioning could be better)).

If You Eat The Same Food Everyday For A Longer Period Of Time Could It Poison You?

If you eat a certain food that has ALL the vitamins/minerals you would need as well everything in the food pyramid (Meats, Milk, Fruits/Vegetables, Grains, ect.) could it affect your Health or poison you?
If you were to eat something similar to a NutriSystem Drink every meal for a long period of how would that affect your health and would it cause any side effects.
And NOT just get sick of the food
